When you’re looking for the underlying issue, you have to find something that’s going to set off a negative emotion in life such as dealing with pain or discomfort for this problem. This is where you’re going to find issue that needs to be healed the underlying trigger point.
Now that you have located your underlying trigger point, it is now time to release and purge this from your life. But think about it for a moment, when you purge something what happens? There is a void that needs to be filled.
You can work on healing the void that has been left from this purging process by sending another self-healing to this issue. Remember to tap into the universal source through your crown chakra so that you do not deplete your own energy.
