‘Case 39′ Movie Featured Tons Of Thrilling Scenes & More
Paramount recently released a new mystery/thriller movie entitled “Case 39″ into theaters a couple of months ago. I checked it out last night,and was quite impressed with it. I thought It delivered some really great twists,along with good, suspenseful scenes. The film stars: Rene Zellweger, Jodelle Ferland, Ian McShane, Bradley Cooper, Kerry O’Malley, Callum Keith Rennie, Adrian Lester, Georgia Craig, and Cynthia Stevenson.
The film centered around characters Emily ( Zellweger) and Lilith (Jodelle). Emily is a social worker who takes Lilith’s case to keep up with how she’s doing with her parents. They appear to be very weird and strange. This sets off real warning signs for Emily. Due to that,she decides to keep a very close eye on Lilith,which eventually leads to her rescuing Lilith from being murdered by her parents.
Emily eventually learns that Lilith’s parents had a very understandable,good reason for trying to murder her as she turns out to be a very evil creature that makes people’s worst fears become reality for them,and causes the people around her,and whoever she decides to effect,die.
The flick delivered mind-blowing,suspenseful scenes,which included: Lilith getting thrown into a huge baking oven,a guy getting swamped with hornets that came out of his ears and nose,Lilith showing her scary side,and more. It was very freaky to see a sweet little girl turn into a huge monster. The movie ended with an incredible, thrilling scene that showed Emily trying to kill Lilith just like the parents who she rescued her from earlier in the movie.
Most of the top movie critics didn’t really give this flick good reviews from what I read. However, I thought the flick was great and intriguing. It had me pondering who or what this this little girl is,and what she was trying to accomplish. It delivered the proper mix of horror,chilling suspense,mystery,and surprises.
I think little Jodelle Ferland did a great job playing the demon child .She also acted in the popular “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” flick. She’s the cutest little girl when she’s not turning into a monster of course. I gave this movie an A rating.
