Men’s Winter Fashion Errors!
With people making every effort to stay warm during the cold winter months, it’s too easy to take out that old coat or throw on your comfy clothes and hope nobody notices. Just because it’s winter, It doesn’t mean people won’t notice if you’ve got a nice fresh pair of jeans on or your favourite, most comfy jogging bottoms.
Not just something to keep you warm over winter, a coat is such an important item of clothing. A big no no is that 10 year old bomber jacket you’re thinking about pulling out. When they came out in their hay day they weren’t particularly stylish so to wear one now would be style suicide. If making a good first impression is what you’re looking for then that’s not the way to go about it.
That notorious Christmas sweater should be left at the bottom of the drawer unless you’re a university student with the quirkiest of styles. Just think about it, when is there a suitable time to wear that reindeer sweater that your aunt knitted for you that’s a combination of horrific colours with irritating material and fit? That’s right, there isn’t.
Silly hats are another no no and a major one. You might have seen the funny side when you were having a laugh trying them on with your friends but every other passerby will not. They are more likely to think you have no style sense whatsoever or that you aren’t quite all there. What can be worn from a well known high street retailer is what you should stick too and avoid those silly hats.
Winter isn’t an excuse to roll out of bed late and throw on your comfy clothes. The winter months are just like any and people will still see what you’re wearing and pass judgement. If you look good for the rest of the year, carry it on through winter and you’ll enjoy summer even more when it rolls around and you can throw on your favourite t-shirt again.
