Take your frenemies and other so-called friends out and ditch them. Spend more time with the people that matters most and they are your family and your closest friends. Take them out to dinner and spend more time with them that your so-called friends.
Sleep can do a lot to our bodies. Sleep helps clear our thoughts and revitalize our bodies. So, by getting a full seven to eight hours of sleep, you are ready to face the challenges ahead.
Work out at least four hours a week to help maintain your figure or better yet, allow yourself to spend a couple of hours a day to roam around your neighborhood and burn calories that you have collected for the entire day.
Read a book, catch up on your favorite TV show, do things that you do not normally get to do on a weekday at work. This feeds your soul and makes you feel great about yourself. Give yourself the time to talk to your friends or family just to catch up or have some time alone at the beach or at home.
Gather family and friends on a weekend and invite them for dinner. Reconnect with old friends and catch up on your family. There is nothing compared to spending quality time with the people that matters most.
Have sex on a regular basis. Weekly sex increases your antibodies which means, you have a strong immune system. It also burns about 85 calories and increases your estrogen level which helps you look younger and healthier.
Donate to charity or be a volunteer. Do an act of kindness to strangers and you will feel good about yourself. The happiness you give will only come back to you tenfolds.
